When will my order ship?All orders ship within 15 days of order date due to high demand. We're doing our best to ship your order as fast as possible!
Are filters compatible with the masks?No
Can I wash my mask?Yes! These masks are machine washable. We suggest washing them on the gentle cycle and laying them flat, or hang them to dry. Due to the nature of the fabric, it is not recommended that you dry your mask in the dryer.

Can I return a mask?
Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final.
Our kids masks are unisex sizing. However, we recognize that each face is unique. Please email us at info@alchemydetroit.com with any sizing questions before placing an order.
All of our masks are made from soft jersey material.
Mask ear loops are soft and stretchable for added comfort.
The mask should not be used in any surgical setting or where significant exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids, may be expected; in a clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high; or in the presence of a high intensity heat source or flammable gas.
