When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 15 days of order date due to high demand. We're doing our best to ship your order as fast as possible!
Are filters compatible with the masks?
We are adding filter options for our masks but you can choose to have them without a filter.
Can I wash my wool or cashmere mask?
The wool and cashmere masks should be dry cleaned or washed on the gentle cycle in Woolite.
How do I care for my leather mask?
For cleaning our Japanese Plonge (pronounced plon-ZHAY) leather face masks:
Japanese Plonge is a thin, soft, supple top-grain cowhide leather with a satin sheen.
Feel free to condition your mask with You can also condition your leather with oils like mink, essential lemon, coconut, or virgin olive oil.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry with a clean, soft cloth.
Always let your leather mask air dry.
If your leather gets wet, pat dry it - do not rub it dry.
DO NOT use alcohol or acetone on leather - it will cause severe damage
If you're unsure of any cleaning method, test it first on an out-of-the-way spot
Can I return a mask?
Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final.
Our adult masks are unisex sizing. However, we recognize that each face is unique. Please email us at info@alchemydetroit.com with any sizing questions before placing an order.
All Luxe masks are lined with soft jersey material.
Mask ear loops are soft and stretchable with adjustable beads for a personalized fit.
The mask should not be used in any surgical setting or where significant exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids, may be expected; in a clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high; or in the presence of a high intensity heat source or flammable gas.
